- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold about ¼ of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then add another ½ of the whipped cream and mix well. Finally, fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully combined.
- Transfer the mousse to a piping bag and pipe into serving jars. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
