- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced

- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Brush the sugar mixture generously onto both sides of each pineapple slice.
- Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even caramelization.
- Carefully remove the caramelized slices with tongs and serve warm.
