Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat dry the pickle slices and place them in a bowl.
- Sprinkle coconut flour over the pickles and toss gently to coat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix beef panko with garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt.
- Dip each pickle slice into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat them thoroughly with the beef panko mixture.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Optionally spray with avocado oil for extra crispness.
- Air fry for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
