Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and cut each into ¼ inch half-discs.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place half of the seasoned zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining zucchini and serve warm.
