Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) for optimal crispiness.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
