Instructions
- In a food processor, blend garlic powder, mint leaves, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and olive oil until smooth.
- Slice the apples and cucumbers thinly, keeping the skins on for added texture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced fruits and vegetables. Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
