- 4 hard-boiled eggs (diced)

- 2 ripe avocados (diced)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 small red onion (chopped)
- 8 slices turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced eggs, chicken, avocados, corn, turkey bacon bits, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
