Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each pear in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Arrange the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- Brush each half lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Fill the centers generously with crumbled blue cheese.
- Drizzle honey over each pear and sprinkle with chopped walnuts or pecans.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
