Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce and drizzle olive oil in a casserole dish.
- Slice the squash and zucchini into even rounds for uniform cooking.
- Arrange the sliced vegetables in an alternating pattern, adding mozzarella slices between them.
- Top with additional tomato sauce, minced garlic, salt, basil, and cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
