- 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup allulose
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Melt butter with half of the chocolate chips over medium heat until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy using an electric mixer.
- Mix the melted chocolate into the eggs until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes; check with a skewer for doneness.
- Let cool for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
