  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallows crème

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallows crème
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the Butterscotch Layer: In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat until melted, then boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in butterscotch chips until smooth. Stir in vegan marshmallow crème and vanilla extract. Pour into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan and freeze.
  2. For the White Chocolate Layer: In another saucepan, repeat the above steps with sugar, butter, and heavy cream until melted; boil for 5 minutes. Add white chocolate chips, vegan marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract; mix well and pour over the set butterscotch layer.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm before cutting into squares.
