Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and melted butter; mix until well blended.
- Add milk, butterscotch pudding mix, baking powder, and salt; stir until smooth.
- Gradually fold in flour until no lumps remain; pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling on a rack before serving; drizzle with icing if desired.
