  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Sear steak until browned all over; set aside.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, cook rigatoni until al dente, then drain while reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and let simmer gently.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt, pepper, and more Cajun seasoning as desired.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water for consistency. Gently fold in seared steak tips.
  6. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
