Instructions
- Prepare the peaches by pitting and cutting them into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss peach wedges with lemon juice, maple syrup, and kosher salt.
- Heat butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Add the peach mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until caramelized.
- Stir in vanilla extract before removing from heat.
