Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (80/20)
- 6 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet with the remaining grease, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess grease if necessary. Stir in the turkey bacon, beef broth, and seasonings.
- Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes to meld flavors.
- Stir in butter until melted before serving hot.
