- 6 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cardamom
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1 cup turbinado sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the spices: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt together the white chocolate chips and SunButter (add coconut oil if desired) for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice Chex with the melted mixture and gently stir until coated.
- Add the spice-sugar mixture to the cereal and mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
- Spread onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper; chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before breaking apart into pieces.
