Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Incorporate ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture and stir for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually mix in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Stir in matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni; cook for 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
