Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3–4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook chicken cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
- Hollow out kaiser rolls by slicing off tops and gently removing centers.
- Brush inside and edges of rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning; bake at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and alfredo sauce; mix thoroughly.
- Fill each toasted bread bowl with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
- Bake filled bowls again for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
