  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Hollow out kaiser rolls by slicing off tops and gently removing centers.
  4. Brush inside and edges of rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning; bake at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and alfredo sauce; mix thoroughly.
  6. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake filled bowls again for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
