- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 chicken hamburger buns
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent (3-4 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it apart while cooking until fully cooked (5-7 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy (2-3 minutes). Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toast hamburger buns lightly. Spoon generous amounts of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each bun and top with the other half. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
