  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or aioli (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 slices of cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced tomato
  • Red onion
  • Crispy Turkey Bacon

Instructions

  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread if desired. On the other side of one slice, layer the avocado mixture followed by shredded chicken and cheese. Top with the second slice (mayo side out).
