- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables; cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add the drained pasta to the pot and mix well to coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
