Ingredients
- 12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least one hour to prevent burning.
- Cut the chicken into uniform cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Assemble skewers by threading four pieces of marinated chicken onto each skewer.
- Preheat the grill (outdoor or indoor) to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with olive oil until fully cooked.
