  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime (juiced)

  • 2 tablespoons harissa or chili paste
  • 1 1/2 pounds large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

  2. Trim the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Once cooled, peel and finely chop the roasted garlic.
