- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1½ cups superfine almond flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella for 1 minute on HIGH; stir until smooth.
- Add baking powder, eggs, ranch mix, and almond flour to the melted cheese; mix well.
- Fold in cheddar cheese and turkey bacon until combined.
- Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray and form the dough into balls (11-12); chill for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
