- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up after folding in the sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half to serve warm.
