- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil or unsalted butter
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add gnocchi directly into the sauce and cook according to package instructions (usually about 2-3 minutes).
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with Italian seasoning and stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
- Serve immediately while warm.
