  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples by peeling (optional) and slicing them into wedges about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
