Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut zucchini into uniform sticks (2½ inches long by ½ inch wide).
- Set up three shallow bowls: mix flour with salt and pepper in one, beat the egg in another, and combine panko, parmesan, and garlic powder in the last.
- Dredge each zucchini stick first in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with the panko mixture.
- Arrange zucchini sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket; spray lightly with oil.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
