Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese
- 2 cans (10 ounces each) Rotel diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Adobo or taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef seasoned with half the adobo or taco seasoning until fully cooked.
- In the crock pot, combine cream cheese, Rotel, and the remaining seasoning.
- Drain excess grease from the beef and add it to the crock pot; stir well.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in cilantro before serving and garnish with shredded cheese if desired.
