Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese
  • 2 cans (10 ounces each) Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Adobo or taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef seasoned with half the adobo or taco seasoning until fully cooked.
  2. In the crock pot, combine cream cheese, Rotel, and the remaining seasoning.
  3. Drain excess grease from the beef and add it to the crock pot; stir well.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Stir in cilantro before serving and garnish with shredded cheese if desired.
