Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 12 oz cream cheese (room temp)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsp ranch powder
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 8 oz cooked turkey bacon (chopped)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the crockpot by placing chicken breasts, cream cheese, minced garlic, ranch seasoning, butter, chicken broth, salt, and pepper inside. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken using two forks once cooked and return to the crockpot.
- Add cooked turkey bacon and shredded cheese, stirring until well mixed.
- Cook for an additional few minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
