- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- For topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, roll tightly, and cut into 12 pieces.
- Arrange in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
- Cool slightly before serving.
