Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the shrimp-crab mixture and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
