Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the sliced green onions, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and top each piece with two tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheddar cheese and diced turkey bacon on top, then bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through (165°F).
- Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
