  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  6. Return chicken to the skillet; simmer briefly.
  7. Add spaghetti and toss to coat in sauce.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella; cover until melted.
