Ingredients
- 1 (26oz) bag frozen beef or turkey meatballs
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 5 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
- ΒΌ cup butter
- 1 (24oz) container refrigerated mashed potatoes (or homemade)
Instructions
- Place frozen meatballs, baby carrots, and chopped celery into the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the brown gravy mix and water, then pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute over the mixture.
- Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions or make from scratch before serving.
