- California Style Lemon Pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the beef chops generously with California Style Lemon Pepper.
- Squeeze half a lemon over each side of the chops and drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill for 3 minutes until grill marks appear, rotate 90° and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Flip the chops, grill for another 2 minutes, then rotate again by 90° for about 2 more minutes.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F using an instant-read thermometer.
- Let the chops rest covered in foil for 5 minutes before serving.
