- 3/4 cup sugar-free granulated sweetener
- 5 stems green onions

Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil and heat.
- Add sliced flank steak and stir-fry until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Whisk together soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and xanthan gum in a bowl.
- Pour sauce into the skillet with cooked beef and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in green onions during the last minute of cooking.
- Serve hot over cauliflower rice or steamed vegetables.
