- 28-ounce can whole tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 10-inch flour tortillas
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 4 large black olives
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, white apple vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mash until chunky.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush both sides of tortillas with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce on each tortilla; layer with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Use black olives to create spooky shapes.
- Place in the oven for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
