Instructions
- Season chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Rest before slicing.
- In a small saucepan, sauté minced garlic in butter, then stir in heavy cream until thickened.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions; drain.
- For the broth, heat sesame oil in a pot, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with noodles, hot broth, sliced chicken, and creamy sauce on top.
