Instructions

- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips for extra texture.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate to coat completely, then return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate coating is set.
