- 7 fresh peaches
- ½ cup all-purpose flour

- 4 tbsp chilled unsalted butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly. Refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with apple juice, lemon juice, flour, sugar, and cinnamon; stir gently.
- Pour peach mixture into the prepared pan and top evenly with the crisp mixture.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow cooling before serving.
