Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese until combined.
- Pour the melted butter mixture over the seasoned shrimp; toss gently to coat.
- Spread the shrimp evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Remove from oven and garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving hot.
