Ingredients
- 36 Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- 1/2 cup black melting wafers or icing
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Press 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cavity of a ghost mold and refrigerate until firm.
- Melt white chocolate melting wafers according to package directions. Dip each ghost into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Decorate with black icing or melted black wafers for eyes and mouths.
