  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, gherkins, bell pepper, celery, red onion, and eggs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
