Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and zest; toss gently.
- Roll out the pie crust in a foil pie pan, fill with the berry mixture, and fold the edges over to create a border.
- Brush the edges with heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with extra sugar.
- Place the assembled pie on the grill using an inverted foil pan as support. Close the lid and grill for 20 to 30 minutes, checking after 15 minutes for doneness.
- Once golden brown and bubbling, remove from the grill and cool slightly before serving.
