Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Let rest before slicing.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Roast on a baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Cook grains according to package instructions; fluff with a fork and keep warm.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and season; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Assemble bowls by layering grains, sliced chicken, roasted broccoli, and creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
