- Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Teriyaki Marinade
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Teriyaki Marinade for 30 minutes.
- Prepare coconut rice by bringing rice, coconut milk, and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated shrimp and pineapple onto skewers, alternating them.
- Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve skewers over coconut rice and enjoy!
