- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
- 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Oreo cookies with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Press into a tart pan.
- For the filling, combine chopped dark and milk chocolates with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until melted and smooth, then whisk in chilled butter.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours until set.
- To create the spiderweb design, melt white cooking chocolate with heavy cream. Use a piping bag to drizzle over the tart in a spiral pattern.
- Add chocolate-covered almonds as 'spiders' on top before chilling briefly again.
