  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and food coloring until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Add dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl lightly with a knife.
  5. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer and swirl again.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
