Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Toss the carrot chunks in the glaze until fully coated.
- Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through for even browning.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
